Bring your receipt and, if possible, photos of the plant in its new environment so our experts can provide diagnostic help and care adjustments.
Plants are living things that are highly sensitive to their environment. Once they leave our nursery, we no longer have control over their sunlight, temperature, or watering schedule. A 48-hour window ensures the plant was healthy when it left us while giving you time to inspect it at home.
Yes, provided it is within the 48-hour window, you have your receipt, and the plant is in its original nursery container in “good condition.” All returns are subject to management approval to ensure the plant hasn’t been stressed or damaged.
Because we cannot control soil conditions, irrigation setup, or transplanting techniques, our warranty ends once the plant is in the ground or after 48 hours.
Items like Talavera, heavy fountains, and pottery are fragile and susceptible to cracks or chips during transport and handling. To ensure every customer receives brand-new, undamaged decor, we do not accept returns on these items once they leave the yard.
To protect our wholesale pricing and inventory tracking, a physical or digital original receipt is mandatory for any return or exchange. We recommend taking a photo of your receipt as soon as you purchase.
As long as it is within the 2-day window and the plant is in original, healthy condition, we are happy to help you with an exchange. Difference in price will be handled at the time of the swap.
